A sparring partner for your French market strategy

You chose to keep it in-house. Good. Once a month, your team presents its strategy, actions and results, and I challenge them, point you in the right direction and help you correct course before mistakes get expensive.

The idea

You keep control. I make sure you don't lose six months.

Your team knows your product. I know the French market: the managers, the competitors, the partners, the media and the mistakes newcomers make.

I won't sugar-coat it. If a page, a campaign or a partnership won't work in France, I'll tell you, and we'll find what will.

FAQ

Who is this for?

Companies that prefer to keep their French market strategy in-house, but want an experienced outside view to avoid costly mistakes and move faster.

How does a month work?

Your team sends me its plans, pages, campaigns or figures before the call. I review them, we spend two hours together, and I send you a written summary with decisions and priorities. Between calls, you can email me questions.

Why a 3-month minimum?

Strategy corrections take time to show results. Three months is the minimum to see the impact and adjust.

Can several people from our team join?

Yes. Marketing, sales and product people often gain from hearing the same feedback at the same time.

Can we switch to a different service later?

Yes. Many companies start with a sparring partner and later ask for an audit, a crash test or hands-on execution.
